ABOUT ME
As President, Founder, Ed Vargas leverages his background as an international speaker-author-consultant with V-Suite experience in the packaging industry, B2B Tech publishing, telecommunications and leading community nonprofit groups that make a positive difference.
He was first in his family to attend college, with a B.S.C. and J.D. from Santa Clara University, and completed executive management publishing programs at Cornell and Northwestern’s Medill School of Journalism.
After 10+ years of Digital Program Management with AT&T’s eCommerce group, Ed’s passionate about the Ethical and Humane Use of Tech for Social Good impacts.
He has been active throughout his career with education, leadership programs, employee resource groups, representation, marketing communications, mentoring and strategic planning.

Started as Diversity Marketing Manager, Hispanic Market. Helped start the HACEMOS ERG High Tech Day, STEM workshops for local high school students, now the annual HACEMOS flagship national event.
As HACEMOS ERG National EVP Community Outreach, launched HACEMOS Latino Diversity Stories on YouTube to generate awareness of members’ success stories vs negative stereotypes.
